    Summary table assessment of four International Classification of Diseases, 9th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM) Diagnoses Codes for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Viral Hepatitis B (HBV) infections, including HIV Infection (ICD9-CM Diagnosis Code 042), Asymptomatic HIV Infection (ICD9-CM Diagnosis Code V08), Viral Hepatitis B with Hepatic Coma (ICD9-CM Diagnosis Code 070.2), and Viral Hepatitis B without Mention of Hepatic Coma (ICD9-CM Diagnosis Code 070.3) in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database. These results were generated using the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Query Tool and the ICD-9-CM Summary Table. Summary tables are precompiled stratified counts. The queries were run in the outpatient setting in August 2012.  This report includes information from 15 Data Partners.
