    This work evaluated stroke risk among users of typical antipsychotics compared to users of atypical antipsychotics in a non-elderly and non-demented US population. New users of antipsychotics aged 18-64 years without dementia were identified via electronic health care data from 13 health plans participating in the Sentinel System from January 2001 to September 2015.
