The Mini-Sentinel Common Data Model v1.1 is being expanded to include:

Laboratory test results

  • Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP)
  • Total Bilirubin
  • Glucose
  • Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c)
  • Creatinine
  • Hemoglobin
  • Prothrombin Time
  • International Normalized Ratio (INR)
  • Fibrin d-dimer
  • Absolute Neutrophil Count
  • Lipase

Clinical Data Elements

  • Systolic Blood Pressure
  • Diastolic Blood Pressure
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Tobacco Status (e.g., smoker, non-smoker, former smoker)
