Modular program-based one-time assessment of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database. Results include prevalent and incident counts of CKD patients during the period of interest [January 1, 2000- December 31, 2012]. Results were generated using Modular Program 5, version 2.0; click here for more information. The queries were distributed to 18 Data Partners in February 2013.
