Counts and Prevalence of Linezolid and Vancomycin

This report describes counts and prevalence of three procedure codes for injection linezolid and vancomycin in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database (MSDD). These results were generated using the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Query Tool. The queries were run against the HCPCS Summary Table and distributed on June 27, 2013 to 17 Data Partners; this report includes information from 17 Data Partners.
