Report 1 is a modular program-based one-time assessment of isotretinoin and long-term antibiotics, including doxycycline, minocycline, and erythromycin, and subsequent multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnoses. Report 2 is a modular program-based one-time assessment of multiple sclerosis diagnoses as defined in three different ways. The queries were run against the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database (MSDD) for the time period of January 1, 2000 to May 31, 2013. Modular programs are adaptable standardized programs. Results were generated using Modular Program 3; click here for more information. Queries were distributed in July 2014. This report includes data from 17 Data Partners.
