    Summary table assessment of the use of 26 drug products in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database (Warfarin, Ambrisentan, Bosentan, Dronedarone, Lisinopril, Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide, Acitretin, Acitretin/Emollient Comb. 26, Isotretinoin, Methimazole, Methotrexate, Methotrexate Sodium, Clarithromycin, Fluconazole, Telavancin, Busulfan, Chlorambucil, Cyclophosphamide, Lenalidomide, Thalidomide, Trastuzumab, Topiramate, Valproic Acid, Lithium Carbonate, Lithium Citrate, and Finasteride). Note that the following generic names include NDC codes with both oral and injection/intravenous pathways: warfarin, methotrexate, busulfan, and cyclophoshamide. The generic name Telavancin was queried, but no results were generated for this drug product. Results were generated using the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Query Tool and the Dispensing Summary Table.
