Description

In this request, we examined the occurrence of codes for 251 pharmacogenetic testing Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) procedure codes in the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Database (MSDD).

Results include descriptive statistics of 251 pharmacogenetic testing HCPCS procedure codes. This report also includes counts and prevalence of dispensings of the selected HCPCS procedure codes among enrolled members in the MSDD from 2005-2015. This query includes data from all care settings; results are stratified by year.

The request was run against the HCPCS Summary Table. The study period includes data from 2005 to 2015. We distributed this request on October 22, 2015 to 15 Data Partners using the Mini-Sentinel Distributed Query Tool.
