    Description

    In this request we examined prevalent and incident use of acetaminophen with codeine, acyclovir/acyclovir sodium, nizatidine, albuterol/albuterol sulfate, levalbuterol HCl/levalbuterol tartrate, oxycodone HCl, nitazoxanide, and sucralfate among children aged 0 to 2 years. This request includes two reports:

    • Report 1: We included the results where only drug coverage was required.
    • Report 2: We included the results where both medical and drug coverage were required.

    The study period included data from January 1, 2000 to December 31, 2012. We distributed this request to 18 Data Partners on September 10, 2013.
