Use of Valganciclovir/Ganciclovir [(v)GCV] for Treatment of Congenital Cytomegalovirus (cCMV) Infection in the United States: Evidence from the Sentinel Distributed Database, 2008-2020

​​​​​​Using evidence from the Sentinel Distributed Database, this poster describes patterns of Congenital Cytomegalovirus (cCMV) diagnoses, trends in prescribing Valganciclovir/Ganciclovir for the treatment of cCMV, and associated clinical characteristics for infants with cCMV in the United States. It was presented as a Spotlight Poster at the 38th International Conference on Pharmacoepidemiology and Therapeutic Risk Management.
